Although forever tied to the PAHS class of '61, Janell and I became friends only in recent years through a mutual friend.  Regretably, neither one of us was able to attend the recent reunion.  Rest in peace, my friend, until we meet again.

Bill and I had lunch today with Janell's brother-in-law.  She had given me some family pictures that I made into a photo album for her and passed that on to him for the family.  We expressed our condolences on behalf of our PAHS friends and had a very nice visit.

Janell was a very important part of my Senior Year at PAHS and we have kept in touch over the years.  I will miss her!  I will represent the whole PAHS Family and specially the Class of '61 at her Funeral.  I wish there were more I could do.

I have a framed picture on my desk of table 8 at the 1959 PAHS prom where Janell is sitting next to Larry (Rose) and I. So, she is always right there for us to see!  Larry and I so enjoyed the time we got to spend with her at the 2012 reunion in DC. We have also kept in touch with her the past couple years. Keith, I am so glad you will be attending the funeral representing us all. I will miss her and her fun spirit. We love you Janell.

I remember Janell's smile - a really great memory.  Since she was in the dorm and I was part of the Grigney Gang we didn;' have much time to spened together but the memories I do have of her are all good ones.  Her family is in my prayers at this very sad time.  Thank you, Keith, for representing us at the funeral.

I still recall Janell's constant smile and cheerful nature from decades ago.  This is a tragedy but the remembrances of Janell are nothing but good ones.

Funeral was well attended.  43 in family pews and over 100 others.  Her urn will be buried in the family plot at the cemetery near her Step-Dad.  Rest in Peace, Janell.

Janell was a delightful friend and confidante. She had good council and was a true friend. I will miss her.
