It is with a heavy heart that I have to notify you that Linda Lewis Cooper ‘62 passed away last night.  Tom called me a while ago to give me the sad news and asked if I would notify everyone.  He additionally said that he does not need phone calls, etc. for at least 2-3 weeks since this is obviously very upsetting and a total surprise and he has a lot to do.  There family is close by in Denver and will give plenty of support.  Her cause of death is unknown at this time.  She collapsed in his arms while walking last night, was rushed to the hospital, and Tom had to make the tough decision to remove her from life support late last night.  He will ask for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.  She recently had surgery on a shoulder mid-September and it could be complications from that but nothing is known for sure at this time.  Sorry for bringing this bad news.  Mickey Coe ‘62
