My best memories of PAHS were of choir classes and Madrigals. I still have some of the scores - the Brahms Requiem and a madrigal - Over the Hills Maria Went. Our teacher was Mr. Robert Olivera - I think that was how it was spelled. He had us do amazing things for a bunch of kids. We performed large parts of the Brahms Requiem and the Stravinsky Symphony of Psalms plus we made a record with a French choir. I recall that for one performance of the Brahms we fund-raised and he hired a local 'symphony orchestra' to accompany us.
