Robert Mouk Mouk

I retired from my job as a research Chemist a few years ago. I still keep busy teaching at our local Community College. I lost my wife last year which really hurts, but I am blessed with two fine children and their famillies. I have three grandsons - a hat trick! I have my health, my hearing and my hair; I feel lucky to be in pretty good shape in so many ways. Life could be better, but it is still real good.
I left PAHS for MIT, lasted a year and a half, picked up the pieces and graduated from Wittenberg Univ. I got my Master's degree from Bowling Green State Univ and my PhD in Organic Chemistry from Michigan State. I worked in industry for many years, got a dozen patents and enjoyed it immensely! I also started teaching and have continued that since I retired. It keeps me busy, keeps my mind active and keeps me in contact with a younger generation than I otherwise would enjoy.

Well, I've simplified my life by moving to a retirement home. Got all I find I really need - 3 hots and a cot. And a new La-Z-Boy. Life is simple and good. I'm still teaching and enjoying the grandsons.

I can't say that anything in particular jumps out, but I have so many great memories of my years at PAHS! Many, many good friends - (Guys: Hi, Alex, Art, George, Joe; Gals: Hi, Charlene, Judy, Mona, Nancy). Remember "Sous les Ponts de Paris". Soccer and Basketball took us all over France and Germany. Life was good!
