Ppassed away on Monday, July 14 after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his wife Charlotte ("Charlie"); sons, Clifton, Glen (Michelle), and Robert III; grandsons, Joshua and Jacob; as well as his sister, Bobbie Ann Mangham.
Skip graduated from West Point in the Class of 1959 near the top of his class. Several of his PAHS '55 contemporaries were in that same class. He had a very successful career in the Army, retiring as a Colonel.
