Kathy was a great friend and schoolmate. I recall the bus rides home from Paris, etc..she was always the first one off the bus to walk home and always the first one to SMILE!

I remember her as having a pony tail hair style for quite awhile, in fact, a bunch of us guys who "fancied" her referred to her as "ponytail."

Sad to learn she left us so young.

In Kathy's senior year she was elected to the court for the Junior-Senior Prom.  Her boy friend at the time, Paul Franz, was not going to be there to attend.  Paul had dated my sister for awhile and he asked me to take Kathy to the Prom.  I was a junior at that time.

We went and had a good time.  Afterward we went to deLido for the midnight show and all went well entill my father showed up to take us home at about 2:30, bummer.  It is too bad that any of our friends and classmates pass.  I am sorry to hear of it, she was a class act.

Kathy and I dated through the school year and summer of 63'...I remember being at the train station in Paris when she left to return to the USA...George Taylor and Toni Cavali were with me...For some reason, I knew that I would never see her again..She went to the state of Washington and we wrote letters to each other..A short time later I learned that she had passed away..She was so young and so very beautiful...
