The family and friends of USAF (retired) Roger Phelan, Vietnam, Grenada, and Desert Storm veteran has requested Patriot Guard Rider (PGR), veteran, and rider support in honoring this patriot. Memorial service will be conducted Saturday the 13th of Feb, outside Mansfield Louisiana. Roger was a career military aviator and patriot. He was an active member of the Patriot Guard Riders along with his wife Michelle, and was a solid member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, (CVMA). Services will be held at 200pm, at the Shady Grove Church on Highway 481

I am so sorry to hear of Roger's death. He was a good friend during our senior year. He was always full of fun and had a great shoulder to cry on. I last saw him at one of the reunions in Orlando. It was great to reconnect and to meet Michelle. My sincere condolences.
